   The queue is empty and emails are delivering normally.

   The limit is lifted. Queued emails are going out at a controlled rate, so expect delays of up to 30 minutes until the queue clears.

   Our sending domain was rate limited by the provider after a burst of 40,000 alert emails from one misconfigured account. We've paused that account's alerts and asked for the limit to be lifted.

   Transactional emails (receipts, alerts, invites) aren't being delivered. We're working with our email provider.
